Cabin Crew Management

Ms. Sneha Pillai, Aviation Faculty, Hindustan College led a session on the essential aspects of cabin crew management. Students were introduced to the challenges faced by cabin crew, such as dealing with difficult passengers and managing in-flight medical emergencies. The session also emphasized the importance of teamwork, communication, and maintaining a professional demeanour at all times.

Safety and Security: Fundamentals of Aviation Safety, Security Protocols, and Regulatory Frameworks

Capt. Riche, OFAA conducted an in-depth session on aviation safety and security. Students learned about the various security protocols in place to protect passengers, crew, and aircraft from threats. The session also explored the regulatory frameworks established by international bodies such as the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), which ensure standardized safety and security practices across the industry.
