Aviation Programme

Aviation Programme was organized for the first year BBA(AM) students from 09/03/2020 to 13/03/2020.

DAY 1: 09/03/2020

The first session was on Airport Operations and Airline Ground Operations which was handled by Mr. Santhosh, Indigo Ground Operations, Mysuru for 3 hours.

The second session was on Airport Visit and Practical Airline Ground Operations exposure.  The session was for 2 hours which was handled by Capt. Basuraj, Chief Ground Instructor, Orient Flight Aviation Academy, Mysuru.

DAY 2: 10/03/2020

The first session was on Air Traffic Control and Indian Air Space Management / Ground handling (lecture) which was held by Mr. Venkata Chalam, AGM / ATC, Mysuru for 3 hours.

The second session was on Air Traffic Controllers  & ATC visit which was handled by Mr. Milton, Deputy Director, OFAA.

DAY 3: 11/03/2020

Aviation Grooming session was conducted for the students by Ms. Jansi Muthappa,  Sanssouci Wellness Clinic, Mysuru for 3 hours.

Afternoon session was conducted on Personality Development  by Ms. Nidhi Laskar,  V2Soft Pvt. Ltd, Manager HR & Operations, Mysuru.

DAY 4: 12/03/2020

The first session was conducted on Flight Operations Management Flight Plans basics & Flight dispatches for 3 hours by Mr. Gurunath T.A, Managing Director, Phoenix Institute of Aviation & Hospitality, Mysuru.

During the second session, a video was played on “Day in Life of a Cabin crew”.  The session was handled by Capt. Abel Mathew, AFI.

DAY 5: 13/03/2020

Capt. Basuraj, Chief Ground Instructor, OFAA had taken the students to Hanger where the students gained flying exposure.
