DIWALI CELEBRATION AT GEJJAGALLI VILLAGE

Assistant Professor, Dept. of Kannada explained the importance of Diwali, the festival spiritually signifies the victory of light over darkness, knowledge over ignorance, good over evil and hope over despair. Diyas were lighted and sweets & gifts were distributed to the villagers to mark the celebrations of Diwali. Mohan Kumar L P, Physical Education Director entertained the gathering by singing a song and the programme concluded with a thanking note by C S Raghavendra, Assistant Professor, Department of Kannada, HFGC.
