
FDP ON “BEST PRACTICES IN DOCUMENTATION AND RECORD MANAGEMENT FOR QUALITY ASSURANCE: AN IQAC PERSPECTIVE”
The IQAC of Hindustan College organized a Faculty Development Program on “Best Practices in Documentation and Record Management for Quality Assurance: An IQAC Perspective” on 12th April 2024. The session was aimed at enhancing the understanding and implementation of effective documentation strategies among the faculty members of the institution. The resource persons, Dr. K. N. Amruthesh, Director, IQAC, University of Mysore, Mysuru and Dr. J. Lohith, Coordinator, IQAC, University of Mysore, Mysuru shared their expertise and insights into IQAC documentations, maintenance practices, and institutional record-keeping processes. They provided a detailed overview of NACC criteria and highlighted the challenges and opportunities involved in implementing IQAC initiatives, offering practical solutions and strategies for effective execution.
An interactive discussion followed, allowing faculty to gain understanding of quality assurance requirements. The program was well-received by the staff for its relevance, clarity, and practical value in strengthening institutional quality standards.
