IATA ORIENTATION PROGRAM

From 23rd to 28th June 2025, a one-week IATA Orientation Program was conducted by the Department of Aviation Management for final-year BBA Aviation Management students. Mr. Victor A, Centre Head at Orient Flights Aviation Academy, along with Ms. Daisy, IATA Trainer, facilitated the sessions. The training focused on the Airline Customer Service module and prepared students for the upcoming IATA Certification Exam. Students learned about global aviation practices, registration processes, and career prospects.
