ONE WEEK WORKSHOP ON AVIATION MANAGEMENT

One week workshop on “Aviation Management” was organized for BBA Aviation Management students from 27/09/2021 to 01/10/2021.

DAY 1: 27/09/2021
The session was on Introduction, History& Scope of Airports in India which was handled by Capt. Paul, CGI & AFI, OFAA and Capt. Sheethal, GI, OFAA.

DAY 2: 28/09/2021
Mr. Sampath Kumar, Training Manager, OFCAA took over the session on Introduction to Cargo Management, Cargo Scheduled and Non Scheduled Flights.

DAY 3: 29/09/2021
Detailed information on Pre Flight, Pro Flight, and Abbreviation, Safety Hazards was delivered by Mr. Sampath Kumar, Training Manager, OFCAA to the students during the first session.
During the second session, Mr. Sampath Kumar, Training Manager, OFCAA delivered lecture on Baggage, Load and Trim Sheet, Cargo handling & acceptance, Body Language and Personality Development.

DAY 4: 30/09/2021
Mr. Sampath Kumar, Training Manager, OFCAA delivered lecture on Airline &
Commercial Operations, Security Introduction Tips in Airline Operations, Airport announcements, Check-in procedures, Pay load calculation and Zero fuel calculation.

DAY 5: 01/10/2021
Capt. Sheethal, GI, OFAA highlighted the importance of Air Traffic Control and Indian Airspace Management to the students.
