SEMINAR ON “CAREER OPPORTUNITIES AND CHALLENGES IN THE AVIATION INDUSTRY”
The Department of Aviation Management organized a one-day seminar titled “Career opportunities and Challenges in the Aviation Industry” on 13th March 2025. The event featured Mr. Wilson Raj, an experienced ground crew professional, as the resource person. He provided valuable insights into career prospects in aviation, industry challenges, and essential skills for aviation professionals, and the future of the sector. Additionally, he shared real-life experiences from his journey as a cabin crew and ground staff, recounting memorable incidents and key learning moments from his career.
The session was interactive, with students actively engaging by asking questions about career paths, industry requirements, and job opportunities. This seminar served as an enriching experience, offering students a deeper understanding of the aviation industry and the skills required to excel in it.
