SOFTSKILL TRAINING PROGRAMME

The third day of the programme was held on 25-10-2021. Ms. Reshma Chinnaswamy, Certified Trainer & Ms. Rini Shushmitha M, Admission Counsellor, Hindustan College addressed the students on the topic title “Pinnacle training Program- Get redefined for the industry”.

During the first session, Ms. Reshma Chinnaswamy conducted activities & games for students and explained them the different methods to prepare themselves for today’s industry. The students were briefed on the qualities to be adopted by youngsters to survive in today’s job and the importance of adaptability while playing several job roles.
During the second session, Ms. Rini Sushmitha M, highlighted the importance of communication skills, soft skills, different methods to be adopted while preparing for interview and the good etiquette to be followed within the campus and at the work place.
