Special Lecture On Team Building And Motivation

A Special Lecture on “Team Building and Motivation” was organized by Hindustan First Grade College, Mysuru on 1st July 2019.  Mr. Kishore Rachaiah, Founder & Proprietor of M/S Kreatement Events, Mysuru was invited as a Resource Person for delivering the lecture. Guest speaker Kishore Rachaiah, Principal Dr. C. J. Priya, Special Officer Abel Mathew Prasad, a parent and an alumni inaugurated the programme by lighting the lamp. Mr. Kishore Rachaiah, Founder and Proprietor of Kreatment events, who was the resource person, in his address said that team building brings people together by encouraging collaboration and team work. One of the most powerful reasons for team building is to get results. The programme stressed the key benefit of a properly planned team building activity which improves the communication between people. The team building activity ideas help to facilitate long term team building through fostering genuine connections, deeper discussions and processing. The programme started with an invocation by Ms. Namratha of III B.Com., Ms. Sukshma R D, Asst.  Professor, Dept. Of Computer Science welcomed the gathering. Ms. Nayan Hashmi, Asst. Professor, Dept. Of Commerce & Mgt rendered the vote of thanks. Ms. Bhagyalakshmi introduced the resource person and Ms. Nagasri S, Asst. Professor, Dept. of English was the master of ceremony.
