SPECIAL LECTURE PROGRAM ON “TEAMWORK AND COLLABORATION”

On 25/11/2024, the M.Com Department, HC organized a special lecture program on “Teamwork and Collaboration” for the students of Hindustan College. The session was led by Mr. Syed Aftab Ahmed, a soft skill trainer from Vivekananda Institute of Leadership. Mr. Syed began the session by highlighting the importance of effective communication, delved into collaboration techniques, using role plays and activity-based interactive methods to engage the participants.

The session covered essential topics such as leadership, communication, and teamwork, which were presented in an engaging and relatable manner. Students actively participated in the activities conducted by the resource person, showcasing enthusiasm and eagerness to learn. The program provided valuable insights into building strong teams and fostering a collaborative environment, leaving the students better equipped with practical skills for their future endeavors.
