SPECTRA 2022 NATIONAL LEVEL INTER COLLEGIATE MANAGEMENT, IT & CULTURAL FEST
SPECTRA 2022, Two Days National Level Management, IT, and Cultural Fest was organized on 23rd& 24th June 2022. The fest provided a platform for students from all parts of the country to exhibit their Managerial, IT, and Cultural talent by participating in various competitions crafted to showcase their skills and share their thoughts. The fest aimed to encompass everything from creativity to innovation, planning to strategy, and fun to learn through various management activities and competitions. Spectra 2020 commenced with the blessings of God and the lighting of the lamp by the Chief Guest Prof . R. Shivappa, Registrar, University of Mysore, Mysuru, Mr. Abel Mathew Prasad, Special Officer, Dr. C J Priya, Principal and Capt. Vipin Das, Deputy Chief Flight Instructor, Orient Flights Aviation Academy, Mysuru, The fest was highlighted with their objectives and sound outcomes. The chief guest appreciated the enthusiasm of the host college and congratulated the students and the whole team for the success of the fest. The Class toppers and Subject toppers were rewarded for their outstanding performance. The inaugural program concluded with a thanking note by Ms. Savitha, Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Science. 11 events were conducted during the fest which included Hackathon, Finance, Marketing, Best Manager, Human Resource, Treasure Hunt, Fashion Contest, Solo dance, Group dance, Karaoke singing and Photography. Spectra 2022 witnessed 236 teams comprising 640 participants from different colleges.
The Valedictory Programme was held on 24th June 2022 which also witnessed good participation in form of eminent guests and the students. The celebrities namely Tharanga Vishwa, Vilok Raj, Principal Dr. Priya, and the Program Convener V Eshwar were present at the dais. The Winners and Runners of all the events were awarded with cash prizes and a trophy. The events and performances were reviewed. The Overall Championship Winners was bagged by MIT First Grade College, Mysuru with a cash prize of Rs.20,000 & trophy and MICA College, Mysuru emerged as Runners and were awarded a cash prize of Rs. 10,000 & trophy. The guests presented cash prizes to the winners & runners-ups of all the 1event sand the certificates were also given to all the participants. Refreshments and lunch were provided to all the participants and Accommodation was provided to all out station participants.
