STATE LEVEL INTER COLLEGIATE MEN’S BOX CRICKET TOURNAMENT

The Physical Education Department of the college hosted the Chairman’s Trophy 2026, a National Level Box Cricket Tournament, on 3rdFebruary 2026 at the Free Hits Turf Sports Arena, J. P. Nagar, Mysuru. The tournament witnessed the participation of 29 teams competing for the championship title. After a series of thrilling matches, Yuvaraja’s College, Mysuru, emerged as the champion, by which they secured the trophy and a cash prize of Rs. 5,000/-. The VTU Mysuru Boys team secured the runner-up position and received a cash prize of Rs. 3,000/-. The prizes were distributed to the top-performers by the Chairman, HGI, during the inauguration of SPECTRA 2026 on 6th March 2026.
