VISIT TO FOLK MUSEUM, UNIVERSITY OF MYSORE

With a view to provide a glimpse of folk life, folk culture and tradition and to emphasize the importance of folk culture in the development of mankind, students were taken for a visit to the Folk Museum on 03.05.2024. They were able to gain a comprehensive picture of folk life and culture through the museum’s various exhibits.  The students had the opportunity to view rare photographs and manuscripts of the eminent scholars and professors of Kannada at the University.  The visit to the folk museum left the students happy and enriched.
