VISIT TO MANGALORE AIRPORT

The BBA Aviation Management students of Hindustan College had an enriching educational visit to Mangalore Airport, led by Mr. Vishnu Menon, and experienced Airport Personnel. The session began with Mr. Menon providing valuable insights into airport operations, aviation safety protocols, and the logistics involved in the daily management of an airport. The students were guided on a tour of the airport, showcasing various landside areas, including public spaces and operational zones.

The group was also accompanied by two CISF officers, who played a crucial role in explaining the security measures at the airport. They elaborated on the processes involved in security checks, passenger safety protocols, and the CISF’s role in ensuring a secure airport environment.

The visit provided the students with a practical, hands-on experience that bridged the gap between theoretical concepts and real-world application in the field of aviation, leaving them with a deeper understanding of airport operations and management.
