WEBINAR ON EMERGING TREND IN FINANCE DOMAIN

A webinar on “Emerging Trend in Finance Domain” was organised by Placement and Training Cell on 21/ 12/2020, with an objective to give an insight to the students about the recent development in financial domain and the need of new skill to be acquired. Mr. Vinod Chandarn, Director, Logic school of Management, who is an experienced Chartered Accountant with a demonstrated history of working in Education Management Industry was invited as a resource person for the webinar. Dr. Mamatha Assistant professor, Department of Commerce and Management,
formally welcomed the Resource Person, Principal and the participants and gave a brief introduction about the
session. Mr. Viond Chandran gave an insight into Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things and Robotic Process Automation with relevant examples which have influenced the change in lifestyle and in Industries, there by explaining the need of new skill to be acquired by the students. He gave introduction to the difference courses like CMA, CPA, FRM and ACCR which students can do along with graduation that would enhances their career opportunities after graduation in India and abroad. The Resource Person addressed the questions raised by the students which were followed with a thanking note by Dr. Mamatha.
