WEBINAR ON PSYCHOLOGY OF SELF – TRANSFORMATION

The IQAC, Hindustan College in association with National Skill Development Council organized a webinar on 23-9-2021. The resource person, Ms. Anushka Sharma, Psychology Instructor & Enthusiast, Miranda House Delhi University detailed the concept of ESCAPE theory and highlighted the power of Knowing, how powerful the subconscious mind is how it helps us get connected to the various aspects in our routine life with the help of few illustrations & examples. Last 10 minutes of the session was reserved for discussion which was followed with a concluding note by the Program Convenor Ms. Bhagyalakshmi, Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce & Management, Hindustan College.
