WEBINAR ON “ARE YOU READY FOR POST-PANDEMIC ERA?”
Placement and training cell of Hindustan First Grade College conducted a webinar on topic “Are you ready for post-pandemic era?” for the students of HFGC in association with MYRA on 4th December 2020.
The objective of the webinar was to give an exposure to the students on the skill that will be in demand in post pandemic era with reference to higher education and career. Mr. Thomas K John, Senior Deputy Director, MYRA School of Business was the resources person for the webinar. The programme started with the welcome note and speaker introduction by Dr. Mamatha M, Coordinator, Placement and Training cell, HFGC. The speaker, Thomas K John gave inputs to the students on 7 areas of skill and knowledge which are in demand for career opportunity in post-pandemic era. He also explained different sectors in which boom in career opportunity are expected and the major sectors which employee’s management graduates. He highlighted on the tool and method which helps them to prepare for interview and face them effectively and explained the different path way for higher education & T-Model to be applied while selecting the different options in Master which was explained with a case study. The programme ended with Question and Answer session followed with a thanking note by Dr. Mamatha M.
