A ONE WEEK WORKSHOP ON “CULTIVATING ESSENTIAL SOFT SKILLS FOR CAREER EXCELLENCE”

A One week workshop on “Cultivating Essential Soft Skills for Career Excellence” was organized by the IQAC, HC. The workshop aimed to create a comfortable and engaging environment. Ms. Madhushree, Soft Skill Trainer, Magic Bus Foundation, Bangalore was invited as the resource person. The one week Soft Skills training program included adaptability attitude, communication, creative thinking, work ethic, teamwork, networking, decision making, positivity, time management, motivation, flexibility, problem-solving, critical thinking, and conflict resolution. The program was coordinated by the Asst. Professor K V Savitha, IQAC Coordinator, HC.
