AIRPORT EMERGENCY MOCK DRILL

On 25th June 2025, the Department of Aviation Management organized an Airport Emergency Mock Drill in collaboration with Mysore Airport’s Emergency Response and Safety Division. The simulation included a mock fire scenario in the terminal, emergency evacuations, fire and rescue operations, and medical response protocols. Students observed the coordinated response between airport units and gained firsthand experience in emergency preparedness and crisis communication. A debriefing session provided additional insights into response timing and teamwork under pressure.
