
CAMPUS TO CORPORATE, A WEEK-LONG TRAINING PROGRAM
The Training and Placement Cell organized a seven-day “Campus to Corporate Readiness Program” from 15th September 2025 to 24th September in association with the Magic Bus India Foundation. The program was inaugurated in the presence of the Placement Officer, representatives from Magic Bus Foundation, Mr. Vishwanth, Placement Officer, Praful, the Mobility Officer, and Ms. Hamsa, an expert trainee. The primary objective of the program was to enhance students’ communication skills, interpersonal abilities, leadership qualities, and overall professional behaviour, preparing them for academic and career success. Ms. Hamsa, the expert trainee, engaged in a week-long session on communication skills, problem-solving, leadership and teamwork, resume writing, interview preparation, and the use of AI tools in learning. The sessions were delivered through ICT-enabled classroom training, ensuring active participation and practical exposure. At the conclusion of the program, certificates were awarded to all participants in recognition of their successful completion of the training. The initiative proved to be a valuable step toward enhancing employability and corporate readiness among students.
