CERTIFICATION PROGRAM ON “EMPOWERED FOR TAKE-OFF”

A two-day Certification Program titled “Empowered for Take-Off” was conducted on 25th and 26th June 2025 by the Department of Aviation Management for BBA Aviation Management students. The program was designed to build soft skills essential for careers in aviation and the service industry. Mr. Rakesh Radhakrishnan, Founder of Strast, Bangalore, delivered the keynote and facilitated six interactive sessions. Day one focused on effective communication, listening, and emotional management. Day two covered personal branding, digital etiquette, and inclusion practices. Students reported significant improvements in self-confidence, grooming standards, and interpersonal skills. The program concluded with certificate distribution and overwhelmingly positive feedback from participants.
