CERTIFICATION PROGRAM ON “SOFT SKILL TRAINING”

The Training and Placement Cell at Hindustan College, in association with the Magic Bus Foundation India, organized a one-week certification program on Soft Skills from 21st to 29th October 2024. Aimed at final-year students, the program attracted 65 participants and focused on enhancing essential skills for professional success. The sessions, led by Ms. Hamsa, included interactive activities and games designed to build teamwork and reinforce learning. Topics covered included employability skills, self-awareness, financial and digital literacy, communication, leadership, group discussions, decision-making, resume preparation, and mock interviews. The program concluded with a valedictory session where students shared feedback and received certificates, with the Principal presenting tokens of gratitude to the Magic Bus Foundation team. The training was well-received, and students appreciated the valuable skills gained.
