FOUNDER’S DAY 2023

On 14-2-2023 Founder’s day was observed at Hindustan College to commemorate the contribution of the Late Dr. K.C.G. Verghese, the founder of the Hindustan Group of Institutions. Dr K.C.G. Verghese was a visionary entrepreneur and educationist who established the Hindustan Group of Institutions in 1966. He believed that education was the key to success and worked tirelessly to provide opportunities for students to pursue their dreams. His legacy continues to inspire and motivate the students, faculty members, and staff of Hindustan College to strive for excellence and make a positive impact on society.

Special Officer Mr. Abel Mathew Prasad, Principal Dr. C. J. Priya, faculty members & students were present for the programme. Mr. Ajay. M, Assistant Professor, Department of languages welcomed the gathering. The programme started with a prayer song by a group of students. The dignitaries & staff offered a floral tribute as a mark of respect. Dr. Harshavardhana, Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce & Management read “Wheels & Wings” –the autobiography of the late Dr. K.C.G. Verghese. He also highlighted the vision & mission of Dr. K. C. G . Verghese where he always had a motto, “To make every man a success & No man a failure”. With his great vision, he has made a notable contribution to society through education.
