SPECIAL LECTURE ON FINANCIAL LITERACY
A Special Lecture Program on “Financial Literacy” was organized on 19th February 2025. The session aimed to enhance student’s understanding of financial management, investment strategies, and common financial pitfalls. The resource person for the session was Ms. Vijayalakshmi, Manager, Indian Overseas Bank, Mysore. She provided valuable insights into the importance of investing, different investment options, financial planning, and common mistakes investors should avoid. The session was highly interactive, with students engaging in discussions regarding savings, mutual funds, and stock market investments. The program successfully achieved its objective of equipping students with essential financial skills for a secure future.
