SPECIAL LECTURE PROGRAM ON “BUSINESS COMMUNICATION AND PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT”
On May 23rd, 2024, the Department of Commerce and Management organized a Special Lecture Program on “Business Communication Skills and Professional Development. The program featured Dr. M Dharma Prasad, CEO & Chief Scientist of Bioconformatics Pvt. Ltd., as the resource person. Dr. Dharma Prasad is also the convener of the CII Mysuru Industrial Institute Interaction and Higher Education Panel.
Dr. Dharma Prasad delivered an insightful lecture emphasizing the importance of effective communication skills in professional development. His talk covered various key aspects including active listening, non-verbal communication, professionalism, continuous learning, digital presence and integrity. He aimed to inspire every participant to achieve success. The program was well-received by the students, who expressed a high level of satisfaction with the valuable insights and guidance provided.
