SEMINAR ON “EMERGING TRENDS IN CYBER SECURITY”

On 20th September 2024, a seminar on “Emerging Trends in Cyber Security” was organized by the Department of Computer Science. The session was conducted by Dr. Ranjan Kumar H S, Professor in Artificial Intelligence & Data Science, SMVITM, Udupi. The seminar focused on familiarizing students with the evolving landscape of cyber security, addressing new challenges, and providing insights into the future of secure digital environments. The resource person emphasized the significant role AI plays in enhancing cyber security measures and highlighted how AI is being used to develop security systems capable of identifying potential threats and taking proactive measures to prevent cyber attacks.
