INTERNATIONAL WOMEN’S DAY CELEBRATION

The Women’s Empowerment Cell of Hindustan College organized an International Women’s Day celebration on March 8, 2025. The program began with the state anthem, followed by a welcome speech. Students then presented cultural programs adding to the celebratory spirit of the occasion. A speech on the significance of Women’s Day was also delivered, highlighting the importance of women’s empowerment and achievements.
The event’s chief guest, Dr. Leelavathi, Obstetrician & Gynaecologist, Kangaroo Care, Mysore, was invited to address the gathering. She delivered an inspiring speech on women empowerment and breaking barriers, encouraging women to embrace their strengths and strive for success. As a token of appreciation, the Principal honored the guest and the ceremony concluded with a cake cutting and a group photo session, marking the event’s joyful and memorable conclusion.
