80TH INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION

The Cultural Club of Hindustan College organized the 80th Independence Day on 15th August 2026. The programme was graced by the presence of Sri. P. M. Siddaraju, Retd. Circle Inspector of Police, as the Chief Guest.  The programme commenced with the hoisting of the National Flag, followed by the National Anthem. Students delivered informative and inspiring speeches highlighting the significance of Independence Day, the sacrifices of our freedom fighters, and the responsibilities of citizens towards the nation.

The celebration also featured various patriotic cultural programmes and performances by the students, which added vibrancy to the occasion and fostered a strong sense of unity, pride, and patriotism among the students and staff.

Sweets were distributed to the students, faculty members, and staff as part of the celebration.  The programme served as a meaningful reminder of the values of freedom, unity, patriotism, discipline, and responsibility towards the nation, making the 80th Independence Day celebration a memorable occasion at Hindustan College.
