INDUSTRIAL VIST – CFTRI
An industrial visit was arranged for B.Com and BBA AM students on 17th December 2021. The students visited the Engineering Section of Food Manufacturing Unit at Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI) under the guidance of Dr. Shilpa, Assistant Professor, Department of Commerce and Management.
The students were informed on the various workflow equipment used by the food processing industry and the technological issues and challenges faced by the food manufacturing industry.
The students were educated about the ways to start up entrepreneurship in food manufacturing industry and were informed about various financial schemes supported by CFTRI for established food manufacturing industry.
