PRE PLACEMENT TRAINING PROGRAMME & MOCK INTERVIEW SESSION

The Training and Placement Cell of Hindustan College organized Pre Placement Training for the final year students from 1/08/2022 to 06/08/2022.  The main objective behind this training program is to develop the problem-solving ability of students and to develop their communication skills.   For this training program, Mr. Anumodh Menon was the Soft Skill Trainer from IELTS.  Mr. Anumodh Menon trained the students on various aptitude and logical reasoning topics. During the sessions, the students were trained on resume building, aptitude tests, group discussions, interview skills, and Mock interviews. The Soft Skill Trainer conducted multiple activities through which students were motivated and realized the importance of communication. Students enjoyed the training program and learned all the tips given by the trainer and thanked the institution for organizing such wonderful sessions for them.
