ORIENTATION PROGRAMME FOR FIRST YEAR COMMERCE AND MANAGEMENT STUDENTS

A Orientation day for Commerce and Management Students of 2023 – 24 was conducted on Tuesday 05th September, 2023. Mr. Eshwar V, welcomed all the dignitaries, crew of the guest, staffs and students. During the first session, the B Com and BBA Aviation Management Students were briefed about the Hindustan Groups of Institution and its legacy, college rules and discipline, about various cultural and co curricular committees, various cells/committees for student support such as Anti Ragging Committee, Women Anti Harassment Cell training and placement cell, etc…

All the staff members of the Department of Commerce and Management, Physical Education Director, staff members of the Department of Languages were introduced to the students.

During the second session, the resource person, Smt. Padmaja Muralidhar, Founder and CEO, AQCUBE Solutions, Mysuru equipped students with valuable life skills that benefitted them in both academic pursuits and future careers. Various team building exercises and group activities were conducted to promote collaboration, leadership and problem solving abilities among students.
