ONE DAY WORKSHOP ON PYTHON

On the occasion of Engineers’ Day, Hindustan College organized a one-day workshop on Python programming. The workshop aimed to provide students with a platform to learn and enhance their skills in Python, one of the most popular programming languages in the industry.

The workshop was held on the college premises on 15th September 2023. The resource person, Mr. Kiran Kumar M HoD & Assistant Professor, Department of Computer Science, Govt. First Grade College, T Narsipura, Mysuru covered topics which includes data types, variables, loops, conditional statements, and functions. The instructor explained each concept with examples and encouraged the participants to practice coding exercises to strengthen their understanding.

Following the introductory session, there were two hands-on coding sessions where participants were given programming problems to solve using Python. The instructor guided the students and provided them with necessary assistance whenever required. This helped the students gain practical experience and apply the concepts they learned in a real-world scenario. In addition to the coding sessions, there were interactive discussions, instructor shared useful techniques to improve coding efficiency and problem-solving skills. The workshop also included a session on Python libraries and frameworks commonly used in software development.
