INAUGURATION OF WOMEN’S EMPOWERMENT CELL

The Women’s Empowerment Cell was inaugurated on September 27th 2023. The event was graced by the presence of Dr. B N Nandini, Additional Superintendent of Police, Mysore District as the chief guest. During her address, Dr. B N Nandini emphasized the importance of economic contribution and cultural significance. Furthermore, her speech covered vital topics such as cyber security, cybercrime awareness, and self defense. Dr. C J Priya, Principal, in her address, urged students to exercise vigilance and caution while navigating society, emphasizing the importance of personal safety and awareness.

The Asst. Professors, M.s Sahana, Ms, Harshitha and Ms. Shruthi coordinated the event along with the staff and students. The Women’s Cell symbolizes the college’s commitment to empowering and protecting the female students. This event marked a significant step towards promoting women’s empowerment and safety within the college community.
