A MEGA SAPLING PLANTATION DRIVE

A mega sapling plantation drive was conducted, as a tribute to Founder Chairperson Dr. Mrs. Elizabeth Verghese on her birthday (24th Sep.), by the Eco Club and the NSS unit of the college. The drive witnessed enthusiastic participation from the Principal, faculty members, Eco Club members, and NSS volunteers. During the program, several varieties of saplings, including Neem, Teak, Amla, Indian Beech Tree, and Flowering plants, were planted at Hindustan Educational & Charitable Trust, Bilikere. The activity not only added greenery to the surroundings but also aimed at creating awareness among students and staff about the significance of afforestation and environmental conservation.
