DEDICATION SERVICE OF THE DR. K C G VERGHESE MEMORIAL ACADEMIC BLOCK

On 27th Dec., 2025, Saturday, the dedication service of Dr. K C G Verghese Memorial Academic Block, a newly constructed adjacent building on the same campus, was held in the esteemed presence of Dr. Anand Jacob Verghese, Chairman, HGI. The dedication service was conducted by Rev. Prakash Abraham, Vicar of Eruvellipra Christos Mar Thoma Church, Tiruvalla, and Rev. Justin Jose, Student Chaplain, HGI, Chennai. Further, Bible reading was done by Mr. David Ryan Marthadan, Management Executive, Hindustan College of Arts and Science, followed by the Blessing of the block, by the reverend Vicar. The event created a graceful atmosphere with the Invocation Hymn, Chant, and a devotional song, along with the Closing Hymn by the choir. Meanwhile, the Chairman addressed the gathering, reminiscing about the progress the Mysore campus has witnessed over the decade, followed by a felicitation address by Mr. Venkatesh R., the Auditor.
