CLEANLINESS DRIVE UNDER SWACHH SURVEKSHAN 2025–26

On January 10, 2026, members of the Eco Club actively participated in the cleanliness drive held at Kukkarahalli Lake, Mysuru, from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00a.m. The primary objective of the drive was to maintain cleanliness in public spaces and raise awareness about the harmful effects of single-use plastics. During the drive, the volunteers cleaned the lake surroundings, collected plastic waste, and contributed to maintaining a clean and healthy environment. They also interacted with the public, creating awareness about waste segregation and encouraging the use of eco-friendly alternatives instead of plastic bags. The cleanliness drive was successful and significantly contributed to the vision of making Mysuru a clean and green city under Swachh Survekshan 2025–26.
