SPECIAL LECTURE PROGRAM

The Hindustan College and Prasaranga, a publishing house of the University of Mysuru, jointly organized a special lecture program on January 28, 2026. Dr. K. P. Lalitha, Professor, Department of Studies, Department of Kannada, University of Mysore, and Dr. M. Nanjayya Honganuru, Professor, Department of Studies, Department of Kannada, University of Mysore, delivered a lecture on “Kodagu Parisarada Sthala Naamagalu,” which underscored the cultural and linguistic importance of place names in the Kodagu region. The program enhanced students’ comprehension of the Kannada language, culture, and regional heritage.
