POOL CAMPUS PLACEMENT DRIVE
On April 25, the college’s Placement Cell held a pool campus placement drive. 20 HR representatives from various companies attended the event. The drive attracted 230 applicants. An efficient and candidate-friendly approach was achieved by having candidates interview with their chosen companies. To streamline the recruitment process, 16 rooms were set aside for interviews and interactions. Five student volunteers and two faculty coordinators equipped a Registration and Help Desk at the entrance. Assigning candidates serial numbers ensured a smooth registration process throughout the day.
Shortlisted candidates are awaited from collaborating organizations, and follow-up measures are underway. The next interviews should be at corporate locations.
The Principal and Training and Placement Cell coordinators gave HR representatives gifts and appreciation letters at the end of the placement campaign to thank them. The HR teams praised the candidates, the well-organized drive, the accommodating environment, and the faculty and student volunteers’ collaboration. The placement drive went well, with several candidates being shortlisted for additional rounds at multiple firms.
