INDUSTRIAL VISIT TO CHENNAI - BBA AVIATION MANAGEMENT STUDENTS

An Industrial Visit to Chennai was organized for the BBA Aviation Management students on 17.09.2026 to provide practical exposure to aviation operations and technology.

The students visited Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science (HITS) and KCG College of Technology, where they learned about aircraft and helicopter operations, flight simulation, satellite communication, and Air Traffic Control (ATC). At HITS, students interacted with experienced retired pilots, visited the hangar, and gained hands-on experience with a flight simulator, including basic take-off and landing procedures under simulated weather conditions. They also learned about satellite signals and their role in aviation and ATC.

At KCG College of Technology, students visited the hangar and attended an interactive session on aircraft operations conducted by faculty members and the Aeronautical Engineering Department. The visit helped students connect classroom learning with real-world aviation practices and enhanced their practical understanding of aircraft operations, simulation, communication, and aviation technology.
