NSS VISIT TO SRI NAVACHETHANA BASAVESHWARA TRUST

The NSS Unit of Hindustan College organized a visit to Sri NavachethanaBasaveshwara Trust – School for Children with Disabilities, Sreerampura, on 24th September 2026, on the occasion of the birthday of Mrs. Dr. Elizabeth Verghese, Founder Chairperson, Hindustan Group of Institution.  The programme promoted compassion, inclusiveness, and social responsibility.

During the visit, cakes were distributed and lunch was served to all the children. The children enthusiastically participated in cultural programmes, presenting singing and dancing performances, which added joy and warmth to the celebration.

The interaction provided students and staff with an opportunity to spend meaningful time with the children and understand the importance of care, support, and inclusion. The initiative reflected the institution’s commitment to community engagement and social responsibility.
