DRUG-FREE AWARENESS PROGRAMME

On 10th August 2026, the NSS unit of Hindustan College, Mysore, in association with 93.5 BIG FM and Bharath Cancer Hospital, organized an awareness programme on “Drug-Free” to educate students about the harmful effects of drug abuse and the importance of maintaining a healthy and responsible lifestyle.

The session focused on drug abuse prevention and highlighted the serious physical and psychological consequences of substance abuse.

Doctors from Bharath Cancer Hospital shared valuable insights into the health risks associated with drug use and its long-term impact on individuals, families, and society.

The awareness initiative motivated students to spread the message of prevention and contribute towards building a drug-free, healthy, and responsible society.
