SELF DEFENCE CAMP

The NSS Unit of Hindustan College in association with Y’s men’s Club of Mysuru Chamundi& Youth organized a Self Defence Camp on 5th January 2023. Mr Asif M K, Coach, Martial Arts, Mysuru Wushu Association discussed many self defence tricks and techniques to develop self-confidence. Various techniques and stunts were taught to the girls and important tips were given to them on how to defend and protect themselves in every situation.
