SKILLS ENHANCEMENT TRAINING PROGRAMME ON SOFT SKILLS AND APTITUDE

From 12th August 2026 to 19th August 2026, the Training and Placement Cell, Hindustan College, Mysuru, in association with Infosys Springboard – Kaushalya Pragati, organized a Skills Enhancement Training Programme on Soft Skills and Aptitude at the Seminar Hall, Hindustan College.

The training sessions were conducted by Mr. Krushik from Seventh Sense People Development Solutions Ltd. The programme was designed to enhance the students’ aptitude, reasoning, verbal ability, problem-solving skills, and overall preparedness for competitive examinations and placement opportunities.

Day-wise Training Details

• Day 1: Introduction to aptitude, quantitative aptitude, and logical reasoning.
• Day 2: Training on percentages, ratios, averages, profit and loss, and basic arithmetic.
• Day 3: Logical reasoning through number series, coding-decoding, patterns, and sequences.
• Day 4: Verbal aptitude covering vocabulary, grammar, sentence correction, and reading comprehension.
• Day 5: Data interpretation, quantitative problem-solving, time management, and test-taking strategies.
• Day 6: Mock aptitude test covering quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability, followed by feedback and discussion.

All final-year students of Hindustan College actively participated in the training programme and benefited from the structured sessions and practical exercises.

Upon successful completion of the programme, certificates were issued to all participating students in recognition of their participation and completion of the training.
