MOU was signed by Dr Rajanna, Registrar of University of Mysore on 5th January 2019 regarding starting two Specialised courses, B.Sc in Fashion Designing and B.B.A in Aviation Management at Hindustan First Grade College from the academic year 2019-2020 onwards.

On 3rd January, 2019, MICA institute of management organised MICANVAS-19. 10 students of our college participated in various events. Vishnu Vardhan & Tejas of final year B.Com won first prize, in B QUIZ event, while Vishnu Priya of first year B.Com & Rizwan Pasha of Second year B.Com won the second prize.

Christmas was celebrated at Hindustan First Grade College campus on 21st Dec 2018 commemorating the birth of Jesus Christ. The celebration was kindled by the active participation of Staff and Students in carol singing and other cultural programmes.

The wonderful performance of dance drama Hindustan First Grade College was appreciated widely and was selected to perform again during Yuvadasara. The two HFGC 1) Mohammed Shakeel and Namratha, III Sem B.Com. students participated in Business Quiz at TTL College of Business Management, Mysuru. And won the 2nd Prize in the contest.

Indian TV local channel of Mysuru, Mandya, Chamarajanagar, Hassan, conducted a campus programme on 27th Sep. 2018 at the college campus. The programme included interaction with students and few one-minute games, followed by quiz related to dasara celebration.
